About Voltagen
Voltagen is a family owned and operated business founded by two brothers Brent, and Gavin. Voltagen specialises in Residential and Commercial services, from residential fit outs, corporate clients, luxury homes, Strata electrical installation and maintenance. All products used by Voltagen are of the highest quality and comply with Australian regulations.
Directors
Collectively the brothers have over 29 year’s experience. Teaming up, they plan to expand the company across NSW by working closely and effectively with their clients, combining experience, high quality products and equipment with exceptional service.
Gavin Raper
Director of Operations
Gavin has over 21 years of experience in the electrical trade, starting with an apprenticeship at Neca, progressing to senior management, and then business ownership for over 11 years, which has now led to his current role as Director of Operations. Gavin is a qualified Electrician, having worked across the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. His focus is on property maintenance, project management, and customer service, as well as leading a highly trained team of electricians and apprentices.
Brent Raper
Director of Business
Brent holds more than 6 years of experience owning and operating a successful business in the cleaning and construction industry. He started from the bottom in 2007 and has experienced all aspects of the job, from management to running a business. Brent is a self-motivated and resourceful business owner with the ability to lead and grow all sectors of a business, making it a dynamic and progressive group. His focus is on company structure, financial management, and business development.
Jake
Apprentice Electrician
Jake is one of our apprentice electricians. Since starting, he has shown a strong work ethic, always arriving on time with a positive attitude and a smile on his face. His skills and technical knowledge are steadily improving each day as he gains more hands-on experience and continues his training. Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending his
free time fishing and having a laugh with mates, bringing that energy into the workplace.
Aaron
Licensed Electrician
Aaron is a licensed electrician at Voltagen Pty Ltd with over six years of hands-on industry experience. He specialises in fault finding, high-
end electrical installations, and general electrical work across residential and commercial projects.
Known for his attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, Aaron efficiently diagnoses complex electrical issues and delivers work to a high standard. His commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction makes him a trusted member of the Voltagen team.
